Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update: The measures implemented to ensure the safety of our community and team.
As the effort to combat COVID-19 continues, we want to keep you informed on the additional steps we are taking to provide the same excellent standard of service in an environment that protects the well-being of all.
As such, we are following the protocols of the Canadian Public Health Authorities and have taken the following measures at our dealership:
Vigilant Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of disinfecting all high-touch areas, including surfaces, door handles, washrooms, and high traffic areas within the dealership. Our service team is utilizing steering wheel, shift knob and seat covers on all vehicles entering our facility, and ensure the vehicle is fully sanitized prior to return. Our fleet of Rental Vehicles (Courtesy Vehicles and Shuttle) along with vehicles used for test drives, are thoroughly cleaned inside and out after each use and driver touchpoint areas are sanitized between drivers.
Sanitization Stations: We have increased the presence of hand sanitizer dispensers throughout our dealership and ask that all sanitize upon entry.
Appointment Scheduling: Service and Sales customers are booked in to limit the number of people waiting. Our doors will remain locked and we request any visitor to phone the dealership upon arrival to ensure active screening for staff and visitors is completed daily. The screening includes a questionnaire and the taking of temperature.
Social Distancing: Our service waiting area and desks are situated to ensure social distancing guidelines (minimum of 6 feet apart) can be abided by at all times. Staff and customers are required to wear masks/face coverings upon entering the dealership and are made available at point of entrance.
