FLEET MANAGER

SALES CONSULTANT

Responsibilities:

-Meet and greet customers professionally and courteously

-Follow the documented dealership sales process

-Maintain a high level of customer service as measure by Nissan's customer viewpoint

-Ensure their presentation meets the customer sales expectations as set out by Kitchener Nissan

-Attend to incoming sales calls

-Maintain a high level of production knowledge through ongoing PTS training, meetings, Webinars and self-study

-Log all prospects with the sales managers in the desking office

-Review prospect list at the beginning of each shift

-Follow-up all prospects within a reasonable amount of time

-Maintain a high level of personal appearance consistent with the standards set by the dealership 

-Report to management of any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare or integrity of the dealership, its personnel or customers

-Adhere to company policies with respect to safety rules and regulations and ensures government legislated safety practices are followed, such as WHIMIS training

-Contact all customers that have taken delivery of a vehicle within a reasonable amount of tie to ensure they are completely satisfied

-Complete all documentation and paperwork as required

-Maintain a clean and organized work station

-Assist in vehicles lock-up each evening after shift

-Drive specialty vehicles int the show when required

-Perform other tasks as assigned by department managers

-Responsible to adhere to all Procedures and Training established within the Quality Management System as they apply to specific activities, processes and tasks

LICENSED TECHICIAN

This individual is responsible for diagnostic, mechanical and maintenance repairs.


Job Duties:

  • Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs as assigned.
  • Diagnose the source of any malfunctions and perform repair.
  • Qualify all vehicles for warranty coverage prior to performing warranty repairs.
  • Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
  • Perform road tests using safe driving standards.

What We Look For:

  • Valid Ontario Automotive Service Technician Certification of Qualification (310S)
  • Minimum 2 years+ experience working in a technician position.
  • Strong aptitude of technical/mechanical repairs.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid Driver's License (Class G) with a clean driving record.
  • Able to work well with a team.
  • A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.
  • Nissan Experience considered an asset

AUTOMOTIVE DETAILER

AUTOMOTIVE DETAILER
Responsibilities:

Detailing of new, used and customer vehicles

-Wash the vehicle exterior

-Polish vehicle body

-Apply wax to vehicle bodywork and wipe or buff the surface

-Vacuum the vehicle interior to remove dust and debris

-Clean the upholstery, carpets, floor mats and other surfaces, using appropriate cleaners, applicators and cleaning equipment

-Clean the engine and engine compartment

-Apply dressing to the vehicle tires; clean rims

Other job duties as assigned

Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

Ability to provide meticulous work

Good time management skills

Good customer service skills

One (1) year previous detailing experience

Valid class G Driver's License with clean drivers abstract
